On the subject of Fertility

Worrying about fertility can cause stress and stress can be a fundamental cause of infertility, thus you can find yourself in a vicious circle. Not only that but if you have been unable to conceive for some time, you have probably visited your Doctor, you may have been for tests, you are likely to be regularly and diligently monitoring your cycles and you are simply constantly thinking about trying to become pregnant!!

Many of my clients tell me that want to they feel ‘more in control’ of their fertility but they are often unsure of which way to turn next. Some of you will have just started planning a family, others will have tried for some considerable time, often feeling desperate in the search for the next best option.

This all causes stress on the individual and stress on the pair of you as a couple – thats the bit we could really do without!

My blog will aim to provide some information to help you as a couple and to suggest a more holistic course of action should it appeal to you.

I run my private clinic in Weybridge, Surrey, see my Home page or alternatively I work at the New Life Clinic, Home of Fertility, Immunology & Women’s Health, in Epsom, www.newlifeclinic.org.uk, 01372 738938.
