Two Self Help Hand Reflexology Techniques

Working your Ovary Reflex gently encourages your body towards ovulation and simultaneously working the Pituitary Gland Reflex gently encourages your body to release its active hormones, Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinising Hormone (LH). These are key hormones in creating the action at the beginning of the cycle, the Follicular Phase.
Do these techniques daily from the end of your bleed until you see or feel signs of ovulation (then stop). Do each technique on both hands, 3 x per day for 90 seconds each time. If you suspect that you are not ovulating at all then start at 5 x per day/90 seconds, from the end of your bleed until you ovulate.
