Hypnosis For Pregnancy, First Trimester has been created specifically for women who have recently become pregnant, whether naturally or from a medicated protocol (IVF). It is designed to support you through the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy, helping to alleviate any negative worries or anxieties associated with the early period. Use this recording as soon as you know of your pregnancy, right the way through to the end of your first trimester and your 12 week scan. Of course you can continue to use this recording, or you can switch to my Hypnosis for Pregnancy, Second Trimester when you get to week 13.
This recording simply takes you into a deep relaxation and allows change to happen through creative visualisation and positive suggestion.
Download and listen using headphones, earphones or earbuds ideally. Once you have heard the instructions, the music will begin and you can slowly relax. You can listen at any time* – I’d recommend at the end of your day, when you won’t be disturbed, just make sure that you are in a safe place and are comfortable and warm. Enjoy.
